If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item, in order to arrange a return. You will need to ensure the item is returned to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of your receipt of the item. You are advised to send as Signed For or Guaranteed.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in suitable packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on safe receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. If the item is received back to us in an unsellable condition, a refund may be refused or a partial refund offered in respect of the damage incurred.
Personalised or Custom Products
Bespoke and/or personalised products such as (but not limited to) our Wedding Bouquet Illustration are non-refundable. However you are offered a proof to approve and plenty of opportunities to make changes to the final product prior to dispatch. Once purchased, you will need to provide photographs and information before work can commence. After work has commenced on the illustration, you can cancel the order but will not be able to receive a refund of monies paid.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
